• Show flexibility by adapting to various work shifts.
• Hold a valid, transferable Iqama.

Essential Barista Skills

• Proficient in espresso extraction, including adjusting grind size, dose, and pressure to achieve the best flavor profile.
• Expertise in milk steaming to produce a smooth, velvety texture and the ability to create Latte Art.
• Knowledgeable in manual brewing techniques such as pour-over methods using devices like V60 and Chemex.
• Responsible for continuous cleaning and maintenance of espresso equipment and grinders to sustain quality flavors and extend equipment lifespan.
