Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other drinks following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Engage with customers confidently, explaining menu items clearly.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to instructions accurately.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Participate actively in training sessions and skill enhancement opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Strong enthusiasm for coffee and the hospitality sector.
