- Process payments via card, cash, or member company account apps within allowed limits accurately recording transactions and reconciling cash at closing.
- Maintain an accurate stock inventory for coffee beans, milk, cups, lids, syrups, snacks, and cleaning supplies, ordering on schedule and alerting management when supplies are low.
- Verify supplier deliveries against orders for quantity, quality, and expiry dates.
- Comply with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations by maintaining timely logs for temperature, cleaning, and allergens.
- Ensure the café counter, lounge tables, and pantry are kept clean and reset tables after use.
- Enforce house rules that restrict food and drink consumption to designated café and lounge areas.
- Assist with preparation of refreshments for meetings and events upon request.
- Support member events such as monthly evenings by providing drink service and managing setup and clean-up.
- Help the front desk during peak times with welcoming guests, receiving deliveries, and guiding visitors.
Requirements
