Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position at The Korner welcomes barbers of all experience levels, including junior, senior, or chair rental arrangements. Responsibilities include providing haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to client requests. This involves consultation to understand desired looks, recommending appropriate styles and hair care routines, and performing haircuts, trims, beard shaping, razor and clipper work, and finishing touches. Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across personal and shared workspaces is essential. Managing appointment schedules, assisting walk-in clients, offering basic product suggestions, and promoting a friendly, professional ambiance for clients and colleagues are part of daily duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in barbering and hair cutting, adept in both classic and contemporary styles.
• Skilled in hair styling and hair care, including client guidance on upkeep and product selection.
• Formal education or training in cosmetology or barbering with familiarity in grooming techniques and safety protocols.
• Valid certification or licensing conforming to local barber practice regulations.
