Position Overview: Barback

We seek a motivated and guest-oriented Bar Back to support bartenders and servers while ensuring a memorable hospitality experience. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized bar area, managing stock levels, fulfilling requisitions, and supporting daily operations. This position requires a fast-paced work style with a positive and engaging demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive or move through the bar area
• Ensure the bar is properly stocked and set up daily
• Assist bartenders by retrieving requested liquor, beer, and wine
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area, including stocking clean glassware
• Develop detailed knowledge of bar operations to effectively support the team
• Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar personnel
• Maintain freshness and quality by cutting and storing fruit, vegetables, juices, and other perishables daily
