Role Overview

The Barback plays a crucial part in ensuring the bar operates smoothly. This role involves maintaining stock levels, organizing the bar environment, and assisting bartenders to expedite service efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain foundational bar experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the bar's stock of beverages, ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• Prepare garnishes and set up the bar before service begins.
• Keep the bar area clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Provide support to bartenders during service hours.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries in storage spaces.
• Participate in opening and closing duties of the bar.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in bar, restaurant, or hotel settings is advantageous.
• Quick, dependable, and willing to stay busy during shifts.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist wherever needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and an organized work environment.
• Basic proficiency in English.
