Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle busy service stations during high-traffic breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods.
- Provide lively and warm hospitality to both regular local customers and seasonal visitors.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery and maintain quick ticket turnaround.
- Anticipate customer needs and quickly address any service-related issues with an optimistic, solution-focused approach.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced restaurant or bustling pub environments.
- Good physical endurance to manage demanding, rapid shift work.
- Willingness and flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
