This role involves facilitating smooth daily bar and floor operations by promptly delivering food and snacks to patrons, preparing coffees to excellent standards, and maintaining well-stocked service stations with necessary items such as plates and cutlery throughout service periods.

Responsibilities

• Efficient delivery of food items and nibbles to guests to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Skilful preparation of coffee beverages maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensuring service stations remain well equipped with essentials including plates, cutlery, and related items during operating hours.
• Collaborating effectively with a team comprising waiters, baristas, hosts, and cocktail bartenders to support overall service.
