Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with comprehensive knowledge of beverages and a strong passion for motivating and supporting their colleagues. This role involves overseeing key operational areas such as team training, stock and wage cost control, budgeting, and contributing to the development of the beverage menu.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Train and develop team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Manage stock levels and control wage costs effectively.
• Prepare budgets and assist in financial planning related to bar operations.
• Collaborate in the creation and enhancement of the beverage menu.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements

• Possession of a current Manager’s License is highly preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in a hospitality management role, specifically with bar management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and support team members.
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost management practices in hospitality.
