Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Promote various Axis Bank products such as savings accounts, current accounts, salary accounts, credit cards, personal and business loans, insurance, and mutual funds.
• Generate sales leads by conducting field visits, obtaining referrals, and engaging directly with customers.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and business objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with branch teams to facilitate seamless customer onboarding processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Age must be between 21 and 31 years.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Owning a motorcycle and possessing a valid driving license are mandatory due to the role's field visit demands.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply for the Field Sales Officer and BDE roles.
• For Assistant Manager – Sales, a minimum of 2 years experience in banking sales, financial sales, or NBFC sales is required.

Compensation Details

• Field Sales Officer: 0–6 months experience; ₹18,000 CTC per month.
• Business Development Executive: 0–2 years experience; ₹21,000 CTC per month.
• Assistant Manager – Sales: Over 2 years experience; ₹28,000 CTC per month.
