Job description
Job Overview
We are urgently looking to fill the position of Bancassurance Manager focused on insurance sales. Candidates should be graduates with at least six months of field sales experience in any industry. Successful applicants will be expected to meet sales targets through various lead sources and provide both pre and post sales customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets using leads that may come from self-generation, Branch Operations, Call Center teams, or other channels.
- Visit prospective customers within designated geographic areas to assess their financial needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive support before and after sales, including assistance with claim settlements.
- Maintain high business quality and ensure policy persistency through premium renewals.
