About the Role
As a Baker at our Star, ID location, each day brings new baking challenges and opportunities. You'll craft a wide variety of baked goods including breads, cookies, pastries, fancy desserts, and decorate cakes. Your work involves handling ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to prepare baked items that surpass strict standards of quality, freshness, and food safety. Besides baking, you'll maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves, ensuring a great presentation for customers.

- Create and decorate baked goods to excellent standards.
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in baking and display areas.
- Provide friendly customer interaction and support.
- Stock and organize bakery displays.
