About the Role

Join Frooty Bakes as a Baker, contributing to crafting delightful cookies, cakes, and other baked goods. You will be responsible for precise measurement and preparation of ingredients, consistent baking to ensure high quality, and safe operation of kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure ingredients according to recipes.
• Bake a variety of desserts while maintaining uniformity and quality standards.
• Operate kitchen machinery including ovens, mixers, and weighing scales with safety and efficiency.
• Participate in dough preparation, baking processes, decorating, packaging, and dispatching of orders.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness across kitchen areas and equipment.
• Manage inventory control, ingredient storage, and daily preparations effectively.
• Process and manage incoming orders from delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure prompt dispatch of orders.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold product quality.
• Support team efforts during high demand periods such as festivals.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of baking measurements, ingredients, and recipes.
• Comfortable working with ovens, mixers, weighing scales, and related equipment.
• Physical ability to stand and work for extended durations when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and maintenance of cleanliness.
• Responsible, punctual, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Capability to function independently and collaborate within a small team environment.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones to manage orders from platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
• Previous experience in bakery, kitchen, or food production is advantageous but not essential for motivated candidates.
