Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion for baking by producing high-quality, fresh products daily, contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic bakery team.
• Implement Everyday ACTs – Acknowledge, Care & Thank – to deliver memorable products and positive customer interactions.
• Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring each workstation remains clean, organised, and prepared for audits.
• Lead and support team members by fostering a workplace culture centred on wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Continuously develop baking and leadership skills through curiosity and determination.
• Effectively manage the demands of a busy bakery environment, including physical labour and tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a formal baking certification or an industry-recognised equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery setting.
