About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to become part of Adina’s Coffee Shop team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be talented, dependable, and organized, with the ability to produce high-quality bakery goods and contribute effectively to kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a diverse range of breads and bakery items.
• Make pizza dough and pizzas.
• Support the preparation of pastries and traditional Romanian baked goods, with training provided.
• Ensure uniform quality and attractive presentation of all products.
• Oversee daily production and manage stock inventory efficiently.
• Track ingredient use, place supply orders, and reduce waste wherever possible.
• Maintain stringent standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
• Operate both independently and in cooperation with the wider kitchen team.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a baker, focusing especially on bread-making skills.
• Experience preparing pizza dough.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Ability to handle day-to-day bakery operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, dependable, and capable of independent work.
• Eagerness to learn new recipes and bakery products.
