Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of bakery products including breads, buns, and croissants.
• Manage dough-related processes such as mixing, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Adhere to established recipes to ensure consistent quality output.
• Operate bakery machinery including mixers, ovens, and proofers effectively.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and comply with food safety protocols thoroughly.
• Follow daily production plans and strive to reduce wastage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bakery operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of baking methods and dough processing.
• Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail with eagerness to learn new skills.
