Key Responsibilities
- Participate in early morning baking as part of a small team, strictly following detailed recipes.
- Support keeping the bakery clean and contributing positively to the customer experience.
- Understand production schedules and processes including dough shaping, proving, and baking in ovens.
- Take pride in your work and enjoy complimentary fresh baked products.

- Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service and high-quality baking.
- Positive attitude, approachable personality, and eagerness to learn.
- Self-driven, dependable, and takes pride in completing tasks well.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and fostering a safe, productive environment.
- Committed to personal growth and helping team development.
- Previous kitchen experience and baking education are preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts.
- Frequent use of both hands with occasional forceful gripping.
- Regularly lift and carry items up to 10 kg, and occasionally up to 22 kg.
- Engage in frequent bending, twisting, and reaching above or below shoulder height.
- Occasional pushing, pulling, and forward bending required.
