Backup Care Babysitter

About the Role

We are looking for dependable and professional babysitters to join us for backup care roles. This position offers a chance to earn steady weekly income while enjoying flexible hours. Babysitters will be scheduled according to their availability and must be reliable and communicative during assigned shifts, primarily on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, quality care to children within their homes.
• Adhere to the family’s routines and instructions carefully.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism throughout each shift.
• Communicate availability promptly and consistently regarding scheduling.

Requirements and Suitability

• Commitment to frequent and reliable availability, with at least 3 to 4 weekdays available, preferably between 8 AM and 6 PM.
• Ability to respond quickly to scheduling needs, including occasional same-day or next-day shifts.
• Applicants who often cancel, are late, unresponsive, or have uncertain weekly availability are not suited for this role.
• Ideal candidates are dependable, communicate clearly and swiftly, and seek consistent weekly work.

Compensation and Incentives

• Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22.
• A weekly bonus of $25 is awarded for completing four or more shifts each week.
