About the Company
Endosys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled backend software developer to join their software development team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Job Overview
The candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing backend software solutions primarily using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot technologies.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend and other system integrations.
- Administer databases and improve SQL query efficiency to ensure responsiveness.
- Maintain strict security standards while optimizing overall application performance and dependability.
- Conduct thorough testing, identify issues through debugging, and resolve defects effectively.
- Work collaboratively with frontend developers and other team members to deliver cohesive software solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated strong Java programming expertise along with experience in the Spring Boot framework.
- Proficient with designing and consuming REST APIs, comfortable using MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, and experienced with Hibernate or JPA for ORM.
- Familiarity with version control through Git and competent in software testing and debugging techniques.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Educational background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
