Role Overview
Probus Insurance Broker Private Limited, a leading insurance brokerage firm with extensive Pan India presence in both life and non-life insurance sectors, is seeking a Backend Sales Support / Sales Coordinator to join their Guwahati office. This position focuses on assisting the sales operations, managing communications, and ensuring coordination between customers, salespersons, and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers and Point of Sales Persons (PoSPs), addressing their inquiries and requirements effectively.
- Collect, organize, and present sales data in a clear, accessible format for internal use.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers and PoSPs to confirm satisfaction with insurance products.
- Monitor the progress of salespersons relative to their sales targets to ensure alignment with goals.
- Supply the sales team with relevant data and reports to facilitate decision-making.
- Arrange meetings and appointments involving clients, PoSPs, and the sales department.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a graduate degree to qualify for this role.
