Back Office Operations Executive

Role Overview

The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in managing taxi business operations to ensure an efficient and seamless ride experience for customers. This position involves coordinating between drivers and customers and monitoring daily operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize the number of completed rides ensuring high service fulfillment.
• Coordinate with drivers to guarantee they arrive punctually at passenger pickup locations.
• Provide support by quickly resolving any issues or requests during rides to maintain a smooth customer experience.
• Regularly monitor the operations dashboard and promptly address any risks or alerts through communication with drivers and riders.

Shift Details and Location Requirements

The job involves 12-hour shifts, split between 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am. Male employees will work night shifts, while female employees are assigned day shifts. Candidates should reside within a 5-kilometer radius of Marathahalli or be willing to relocate closer to this area.

Compensation and Benefits

Along with a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 40,000, this position offers attractive incentives and quarterly salary reviews to reward performance.
