About the Role
Charisma Group is recruiting for the role of Back Office Executive specializing in International E-Commerce operations. This position involves supporting business processes related to e-commerce on a global scale.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must have completed graduation.
- A minimum of six months' experience in a BPO environment with a focus on non-voice processes is essential.
- Proficient communication skills in English are required.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- The role requires a 5-day work week with 9.5 working hours per day.
- Shifts will be rotational and weekly offs will be assigned accordingly.
- The salary offered is a CTC of ₹30,000 per month.
- No leaves will be permitted during the first three months of employment.
