Job Overview

Serve as a vital connection between clients, the product catalogue, and the production team. Your role involves preparing detailed quotations, proforma invoices, and bills of quantities based on client drawings and the company's product range. Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to create 2D and 3D product visuals and presentations tailored for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and BOQs derived from client inputs and product catalogues.
• Develop detailed 2D and 3D visuals and client-facing product presentations utilizing AI-powered design software.
• Maintain expert understanding of catalog details, including SKUs, materials, finishes, specifications, and pricing.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, fabrication teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timelines.
• Provide timely, professional documentation to support the sales process effectively.
• Monitor enquiries and follow-ups to ensure consistent communication and prevent task oversight.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience or exposure in lighting, interior design, architecture, furniture, or design-fabrication studios is advantageous.
• Basic ability to interpret technical drawings, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), and bills of quantities (BOQs).
