Back Office & Client Service Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a Back Office & Client Service Executive to join Jagmaya Financial Services in Darbhanga. This role involves managing daily back office functions and client interactions to support financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine back office tasks and attend to client servicing needs.
• Use MS Excel, MS Word, and other office applications for data processing and documentation.
• Maintain client records, MIS reports, and related documentation accurately.
• Prepare and distribute client statements and reports using financial software tools.
• Assist with documentation and respond to client inquiries related to Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial services.
• Communicate with clients through calls, follow-ups, WhatsApp, and email professionally.
• Create and modify basic social media content using Canva templates for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Support document preparation, presentations, and other general office activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential.
• Basic knowledge of Canva for simple social media edits is required.
• Comfortable with computer usage and internet navigation.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, with basic English communication preferred.
• Professional client communication, responsible, organized, and eager to learn.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.

Eligibility

• Graduates are welcome to apply; degrees in B.Com or BBA are preferred but not mandatory.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Prior knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, or Financial Services is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Training related to financial services operations will be provided as part of onboarding.

Additional Details

• Position type: Full-Time, located onsite at Donar Industrial Area, Darbhanga.
• Salary range: INR 10,000 to INR 16,000 per month.
