Role Overview
As a critical member of our Receiving and Handling team, you will facilitate the smooth and precise flow of incoming inventory to maintain store operations effectively. Your keen attention to detail will ensure the integrity and successful processing of product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept delivery of products and manage inventory flow onto store shelves by sorting, unpacking, and operating forklifts to move products to designated locations
- Organize delivery schedules, approve unscheduled shipments, and monitor space availability for incoming stock
- Verify and maintain accuracy of received inventory
- Accurately complete required documentation and paperwork
- Perform additional related duties to support store functionality
Candidate Requirements
- Competent in operating store machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, electric lifts, computers, and scanners
- Strong dedication to maintaining health and safety standards in the workplace
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Experience with material handling equipment is an advantage
