Baby Sitter

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and well-mannered Baby Sitter based in Hyderabad to provide attentive care for children and elderly family members. This role involves ensuring safety, maintaining cleanliness, following family routines, and exercising professionalism at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of children or elderly individuals continuously.
• Maintain a tidy, hygienic environment in living spaces.
• Adhere strictly to the family's daily routine and instructions.
• Immediately report emergencies or health concerns to family members.
• Minimize mobile phone usage, restricting it to necessary situations only.
• Assist children with dressing, grooming, playing, reading, and foundational learning activities.
• Keep children's toys and rooms organized and clean, and regulate their sleep and meal schedules.
• Accompany children to parks or schools if permitted.
• Provide elder care including grooming, toileting, dressing, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, emotional support, and maintaining their room's cleanliness and safety.

Professional Standards and Behavior

• Maintain impeccable personal grooming, including daily bathing, neat clothing, clean hair, trimmed nails, and no use of strong perfumes.
• Wear the provided CareOff uniform while on duty.
• Communicate effectively in basic English and Hindi, speaking politely and respectfully.
• Provide regular updates to family members and carefully follow their instructions.
• Display courtesy toward elders, children, and all family members, refraining from shouting, arguing, or gossiping.
• Respect household rules, such as footwear policies and restricted room access.
• Minimize personal mobile phone use during working hours, maintaining family privacy.
• Be punctual, follow the schedule diligently, and notify the family promptly if delayed.

Candidate Eligibility

• Female candidates between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Fluency in basic English and Hindi required.
• Demonstrated professional and well-mannered behavior is expected.
• Adherence to grooming and professional standards is mandatory.
• No previous experience needed; full training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹45,000.
