B2C Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-centric B2C Customer Support Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. This full-time position involves engaging with customers across GCC regions and delivering outstanding assistance through multiple communication channels.

Key Duties

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications via Email, WhatsApp, and Chat.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth experience.
• Accurately log and update customer information in the CRM software.
• Resolve customer issues within the specified turnaround times.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates.
• Collaborate with internal departments as needed to solve customer problems.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or DMLT.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Capable of multitasking and typing efficiently.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
