B2C Appointment Setter

Job Location and Hours

This role is based at our office in Sheffield City Centre. The position requires full flexibility to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is £12.71 per hour.

Role Overview

We are seeking confident and motivated individuals to join our team as B2C Appointment Setters to engage with customers across the UK market. Your main responsibility will be to conduct telephone conversations, present available services, and schedule appointments that suit our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outgoing phone calls to potential customers
• Explain the services offered and assess customer needs
• Arrange and book appropriate appointments
• Maintain accurate records of customer details
• Work towards meeting personal and team performance goals
• Provide a professional and positive experience for all customers
• Comply with all company procedures and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills
• Confident and engaging telephone manner
• Excellent listening and communication capabilities
• Proactive, motivated, and driven by targets
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Previous experience in telephone sales or appointment setting is an advantage
