This opportunity is based in Sheffield City Centre and requires full-time, office-based work hours.

Compensation and Working Hours

The role offers a pay rate of A312.71 per hour. Flexible scheduling is essential, with shifts occurring Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Position Overview

As a B2C Appointment Setter, you will engage with customers across the UK market via telephone. Your core task will be to introduce the company's services and arrange appointments that meet client needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound telephone calls to potential customers.
• Communicating service offerings effectively and identifying client requirements.
• Scheduling appointments appropriate to customer availability.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and information.
• Working collaboratively towards individual and collective performance targets.
• Ensuring a professional and positive customer interaction experience.
• Complying with all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent proficiency in English language.
• Possess a confident and personable telephone manner.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented in managing information and tasks.
• Availability to work fully flexible hours Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Previous experience in telephone sales or appointment setting is a plus.
