B2B Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Telesales Executive based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role is open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience. The position offers a fixed monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000, with additional performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage B2B sales activities using phone calls, LinkedIn, emails, and direct outreach methods.
• Identify and connect with potential clients to establish strong business relationships.
• Comprehend clients' needs and propose suitable advertising or business solutions.
• Perform follow-up communications, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales transactions.
• Consistently meet monthly sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clients’ requirements are executed smoothly.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including negotiation and persuasion.
• Confidence in making sales calls and engaging with decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to develop skills.
• Fresh graduates with outstanding communication capabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in B2B or corporate sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
