Overview
This role requires a strong foundation in Ayurvedic medicines, classical herbs, and formulations, with an emphasis on effective treatment protocols (Dravyaguna) to expertly address patient queries over phone consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound tele-consultations to diagnose patient symptoms accurately.
- Prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic medications from the corporate product line.
- Convert patient interactions successfully into medication sales.
Work Environment
Position involves standard day shifts from 10 AM to 7 PM and operates in a rotational off schedule within an expanding BPO corporate setup.
