Job description

Role Overview

We seek an AWS Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead collaborative go-to-market and co-marketing strategies between a leading technology platform and AWS, supporting segments such as gaming, enterprise, startups, and AI. This role involves transforming strategic goals into impactful campaigns, content, and partner enablement materials. You will work independently from campaign inception to execution, crafting compelling stories about technical solutions, partnership successes, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver co-marketing assets and enablement content tailored for diverse segments including gaming, enterprise, startups, and AI.
  • Develop case studies, campaign collateral, and partner-focused documentation that clearly demonstrate the benefits of joint offerings.
  • Plan and implement joint campaigns with AWS field and marketing teams, overseeing projects from concept through launch.
  • Collaborate closely with segment leaders and alliance teams to transform strategic priorities into actionable partner programs and campaigns.
  • Support AWS-funded marketing initiatives and high-level executive events through content creation, planning, and coordination.
  • Maintain current partner enablement resources to ensure messaging and tools are relevant for AWS contacts and internal teams.
  • Identify target audiences and key stakeholders for campaigns in partnership with revenue operations and marketing technology teams.
  • Represent the partnership professionally and confidently during external and critical partner meetings.
  • Independently manage multiple workstreams, ensuring consistent progress and adherence to commitments.
  • Adjust campaigns and content dynamically to meet the evolving needs of various segments and partner groups.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, or strategic partnerships.
  • Preferably experienced with a major cloud service provider such as AWS or equivalent strategic technology alliances.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills capable of simplifying complex technical concepts into engaging narratives.
  • Hands-on ability to conceive and execute campaigns without reliance on large support teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Confident autonomy in representing technology partnerships during high-level discussions.
  • Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including alliances, marketing, segment leads, and revenue operations.
  • Robust understanding of go-to-market models and partner marketing tactics including audience targeting, content strategy, enablement, and campaign development.
  • Familiarity with AWS Partner Central, ACE, AWS Marketplace, or similar partner ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed, and asynchronous work environment.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for cloud technologies, developer tools, artificial intelligence, startups, and emerging technology markets.

Benefits

  • Fully remote position allowing work from any location.
  • Access to WeWork membership or coworking space allowance for a productive work setting.
  • Equity participation through Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) offering a stake in company growth.
  • Technology budget to customize an ideal home or remote workstation.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage—100% for employees and 80% for dependents.
  • Annual global company off-site for collaboration and team building.
  • Flexible, asynchronous work culture promoting trust and autonomy.
  • Annual professional development allowance covering courses, books, conferences, and learning materials.
  • Opportunity to work within a culturally diverse and international team spanning different countries and markets.
  • Exposure to significant cloud, artificial intelligence, developer technology, and partner ecosystem initiatives.
