Within the Technology Group, you will be part of a 24/7 global operation supporting asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. The group focuses on delivering secure, reliable, integrated solutions while pioneering insights into emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with portfolio and business managers as well as product owners to solve complex problems and translate them into effective software solutions aligning with business goals.
• Design and develop sophisticated algorithms and applications that enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making processes, and support strategic initiatives.
• Apply machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies to develop innovative tools that confer competitive advantages.
• Lead code review processes and share technical expertise to foster a culture of quality and ongoing improvement.
• Conduct rigorous system integration and user acceptance testing alongside business users to ensure high-quality output.
• Prepare detailed documentation and user manuals to facilitate seamless system adoption.
• Continuously investigate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain technological leadership.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of experience in software development, including solution design, testing, and production support.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Test-Driven Development.
• Expertise in Java programming and familiarity with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong background in developing with Java and working with RESTful APIs; knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular or React.js is advantageous.
• Experience in financial or related domains, including SaaS integrations, offering insight into industry-specific challenges.
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, as well as containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong team collaboration skills, eagerness to learn, and solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Passionate about leveraging technology to transform business processes.
• Interested in and capable of keeping pace with evolving technology landscapes.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in STEM fields is preferred.
• Ability to adapt in dynamic settings with effective prioritization skills.
• Experience in leadership roles or mentoring junior engineers is beneficial, particularly for VP-level candidates.
