Role Overview

We seek two Aviation Engineers to assist in digitizing aircraft maintenance work instructions tailored to customer specifications. This is a digitization-focused position and entirely remote, not involving fieldwork. The opportunity is contract-based with potential for permanent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer processes and enhance operational efficiency with innovative technology solutions.
• Gain thorough understanding of customers' aviation subdomains and challenges.
• Assist in configuring and managing customers' digital enterprise platforms and work instructions.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain product alignment with client requirements.
• Support demonstration preparations and conduct training sessions on product features for customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautics, or related aviation field.
• At least 3 years' experience in the aviation sector, especially with aircraft maintenance (airframe, engine, components) preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including formula creation, data validation, pivot tables, and charting.
• Experience with project management software tools is beneficial.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning and working with software products.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-driven, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with good task management capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
