Job Overview

The position is based in Bangalore with a hybrid working mode, requiring over 10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on administering the Avature platform encompassing Career site, CRM, and ATS components, involving various configuration tasks, testing, documentation, and occasional training.

Key Duties

• Manage ongoing system administration duties for Avature including workflows, offer letters, forms, views, integrations, triggers, and portal management.
• Conduct regular testing, process documentation, and provide support through production issue handling and resolution.
• Offer guidance on data conversion and mapping strategies as well as execute migration processes.
• Support and drive development strategies for reports utilizing Avature’s Lists, Report Builder, and Dashboards.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in system administration related to Avature Career site, CRM, ATS, including configuration and portal administration.
• Ability to handle user service requests, troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and document processes.
• Strong knowledge in data mapping, user access management, and database reporting development.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, creating process and training documentation for recruitment systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Detail-oriented approach with methodical testing skills and a commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.
