About the Role
Join Enterprise Mobility as a full-time Automotive Detailer located in Ottawa, ON. This role is vital in maintaining exemplary vehicle cleanliness and safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction. The hourly wage is $18.50 and work hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash, clean, vacuum, and sanitize vehicle interiors and exteriors following rigorous industry standards.
- Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel levels, fluid conditions, tire status, and clear any prior customer data by resetting vehicle settings.
- Safeguard customer belongings by checking for and securing items of value in Lost & Found.
- Fuel vehicles and strategically stage them for operational readiness.
- Identify and report any safety hazards, warning lights, or vehicle damage, removing compromised vehicles from service if required.
- Maintain an organized and hazard-free work environment.
- Utilize specialty tools such as carpet shampooers and air purifiers to address stains, odors, and pet hairs.
- Assist customers as needed, including transportation to and from branch locations.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, including office areas, bathrooms, and parking lots.
Additional Expectations
- Pursue continuous improvement via self-evaluation, skill development, training, and goal setting.
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Carry out any other related duties assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the last five years on driving record.
- Authorized to work in Canada without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds during customer assistance.
- Availability to work the specified schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
