Role overview
The Automation Test Lead will spearhead the strategy and technical implementation of test automation efforts focused on enterprise-level Internet and Mobile Banking applications. This role encompasses overseeing quality delivery end-to-end, managing squad outputs, and designing resilient automation frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable test automation frameworks using tools like Cucumber (Behavior-Driven Development) and Playwright through direct hands-on involvement.
- Apply extensive domain expertise in validating Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms across iOS, Android, and Web environments.
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of automation engineers distributed across onshore (Singapore) and offshore (India) offices.
- Work collaboratively with development teams, business analysts, and DevOps engineers to embed automated testing within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
