About the Role
Dymtrus seeks an Automation Process Engineer proficient in independently designing, enhancing, and automating operational workflows. The role requires identifying operational challenges and inefficiencies, then building scalable and practical solutions to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and pinpoint bottlenecks and issues within current operations.
- Develop new systems and refine existing workflows to increase efficiency.
- Draft clear and concise standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation.
- Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, automation software, AI technologies, and other tools to create and maintain automated solutions.
- Implement automation for repetitive and manual activities wherever applicable.
- Continuously research emerging tools and technologies to enhance processes.
- Test newly developed systems, detect errors, and apply corrective measures.
- Regularly monitor systems to ensure optimal functioning and propose ongoing improvements.
- Design systems to minimize manual intervention and dependence on individual operators.
- Transform business requirements into effective and scalable automated solutions.
- Manage end-to-end ownership from problem discovery through to solution deployment and documentation.

Experience & Compensation
