Automation Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead who is proficient with multiple automation frameworks and capable of designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on automation expertise, excellent client management, and demonstrated ability to mentor team members and drive technical quality across projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Design and develop automation solutions using a variety of frameworks.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to elevate skills and maintain high standards.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align technical goals with business needs.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in automation development across multiple frameworks.
• Strong client management skills, able to effectively communicate and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to design and build CI/CD pipelines.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
