Automation Executive

Overview

Digital Dhanu Private Limited is looking for an Automation Executive to streamline and automate various business processes primarily using Pabbly Connect and Zapier platforms. The role involves managing lead flows, chatbot and WhatsApp automations, CRM workflows, and integrating payment and booking systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows leveraging Pabbly Connect and Zapier.
• Automate lead capture and transfer from social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, and from Landing Pages into the CRM system.
• Design and operate chatbot, WhatsApp, and follow-up automation sequences.
• Implement process automation for Google Workspace applications including Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Drive, and Calendar.
• Oversee CRM workflows to facilitate lead assignment, notifications, and timely follow-up communications.
• Integrate payment gateways, booking systems, and communication tools as required to support automation strategies.
• Identify and troubleshoot automation errors to maintain smooth functioning of workflows.
• Evaluate repetitive manual tasks and convert them into efficient automated processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year of direct experience in automation roles.
• Proficiency with Pabbly Connect and Zapier automation platforms.
• Expertise in CRM automation including workflow management.
• Experience automating lead generation and management through Facebook and Instagram.
• Competence in chatbot and WhatsApp automation implementation.
• Ability to integrate landing pages with various systems.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and their automation capabilities.
• Basic understanding of webhooks and APIs for custom integrations.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges between INR 25,000 and INR 35,000.
