Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and implement the S88 standard for batch control systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs using languages such as STL, FBD, Ladder Logic, and Sequential Function Charts.
• Handle programming environments like RS 500, RS 5000, Step7 Simatic Manager, TI Portal, WinCC, FactoryTalk SE, and RSMS.
• Write and manage C++, VB, .NET, and SQL scripting for automation tasks.
• Work with SQL and ODBC databases including generating reports.
• Translate process logic into programmable components and prepare verification documentation.
• Manage remote connectivity, data publishing, and retrieval systems.
• Document and program following GAMP 5 guidelines.
• Operate and control temperature, flow, and pressure systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in PLC programming languages such as STL, FBD, Ladder, and sequential graph.
• Experience with Step7 Simatic Manager, RS 5000, TI Portal, WinCC, FactoryTalk ME and SE environments.
• Skilled in developing documentation and programming compliant with S88 and 21 CFR regulations.
• Proficient in SQL and VB scripting with advanced skills in C++ and VB graphics drawing.
