Role Summary
We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role demands a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and involves design, development, commissioning, and support of automation systems as well as collaboration with clients and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and commission automation and control solutions utilizing Siemens or Schneider PLC platforms.
- Engage in system integration tasks such as configuring SCADA and HMI systems.
- Perform on-site commissioning, conduct testing and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain coordination with clients, consultants, and project collaborators to ensure seamless project execution and documentation.
- Contribute actively to technical discussions and offer engineering assistance during project phases.
Requirements
- Demonstrated practical experience working with Siemens or Schneider PLCs.
- Sound expertise in commissioning and managing automation projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and coordination.
- Familiarity with SCADA and HMI tools and workflows.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Qatar with a transferable visa or QID.
