Their core competencies cover PEB, turnkey industrial construction, steel fabrication, as well as civil and structural design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create General Arrangement drawings, fabrication blueprints, and erection schematics for structural steel and PEB projects.
- Develop comprehensive structural steel shop drawings using CAD tools.
- Prepare Anchor Bolt Plans, connection details, Bills of Materials (BOM), and material quantity take-offs.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, fabrication teams, and site personnel to facilitate seamless project flow.
- Review and revise drawings based on engineering feedback, project needs, and field observations.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of drawings with project specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain meticulous records including drawing archives, revision histories, and document controls.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification or hands-on experience in structural detailing.
- Preferably experienced in PEB and structural steel detailing for industrial or warehouse projects; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in CAD software for creating detailed structural and PEB-related 2D or 3D models.
- Basic knowledge of structural steel and PEB components, including framing, connections, fabrication, and installation processes.
- Able to interpret architectural, civil, and structural drawings and transform them into highly precise shop and erection drawings.
- Experience in generating BOMs, cutting lists, and other fabrication documentation is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in drafting and self-verification practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with engineers, project teams, fabricators, and site staff.
