About the Roles

We are seeking experienced professionals for two key engineering positions: a Senior Civil and Structural Engineer specializing in industrial projects, and an Architect/Civil & Interior Coordinator with experience in architectural and interior coordination for industrial and commercial buildings.

Senior Civil / Structural Engineer Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design and engineering tasks for industrial and commercial developments.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate reinforced concrete and structural steel design drawings.
• Examine structural calculations, general arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication and erection drawings, along with shop drawings.
• Collaborate with architectural, pre-engineered building (PEB), MEP, process, and other consultants.
• Develop and assess bill of quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, tender documents, and technical requirements.
• Inspect construction sites to ensure quality standards and compliance with approved designs.
• Review submissions by contractors and vendors, providing technical feedback.
• Identify clashes in design and construction feasibility; recommend practical solutions.
• Support project management consultancy (PMC) activities, including project planning, technical evaluation, and coordination with vendors.
• Ensure all designs and site work meet relevant Indian Standards (IS), project specifications, and legal regulations.

Architect / Civil & Interior Coordinator Responsibilities

• Create and manage architectural drawings and layouts for industrial, commercial, and office projects.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, detail drawings, and good-for-construction (GFC) architectural drawings.
• Coordinate architectural requirements with civil/structural, MEP, fire safety, plumbing, and electrical teams.
• Prepare and review interior designs including furniture, false ceilings, flooring, and finishing details.
• Assist in preparing BOQ, material specifications, and tender documents.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and vendors on architectural and interior work.
• Evaluate shop drawings and material samples with technical recommendations.
• Conduct site visits to verify construction adheres to approved architectural designs.
• Help resolve architectural and interior coordination issues during construction.
• Prepare presentations, basic 3D visualizations, and project documentation as needed.
• Maintain records of drawing revisions, documentation, and coordination efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Senior Civil / Structural Engineer: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering; over 5 years of experience with industrial projects.
• Architect / Civil & Interior Coordinator: Bachelor of Architecture or Diploma in Architecture; minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Compensation

Monthly salary range: 15,000 to 38,000 Indian Rupees depending on experience and role.
