Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Brand Automotive Painter to join our Operations team in the UAE. This position involves preparing and painting vehicles from various brands with precision and adherence to quality standards, ensuring exceptional final results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and applying primer to ensure smooth paint application.
• Perform accurate colour matching and spray painting for multiple vehicle makes and models.
• Carry out polishing and finishing processes to deliver showroom-quality appearance.
• Inspect completed work to guarantee high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to workshop procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Work collaboratively with body shop and refurbishment teams to ensure vehicles are ready on schedule.

Required Experience & Skills

• At least 4 years of professional experience in automotive painting.
• Proficiency in sanding, masking, priming, colour matching, spray painting, and polishing techniques.
• Experience painting a variety of vehicle brands and models.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering premium finishes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of paint materials, application methods, and workshop safety standards.
• Previous experience in GCC or UAE automotive workshops is advantageous.
