Overview

Ali Alkhars Public Accountants and Consultants (AKCPA) is expanding its Audit & Assurance practice across Saudi Arabia. We are actively seeking accomplished Audit Managers for roles based in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar. These positions emphasize both technical audit expertise and proactive business development, aiming to enhance our market footprint and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to drive business development and generate new Audit & Assurance engagements.
• Establish and nurture relationships with business leaders, including boards, CFOs, and senior finance personnel.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Manage the commercial process from opportunity discovery through proposal, negotiation, and client onboarding.
• Expand and cultivate a portfolio of client relationships within assigned regional markets.
• Identify chances to broaden service offerings within existing client accounts.
• Represent AKCPA in various business forums to reinforce the firm’s presence.
• Collaborate with Partners and audit teams to ensure engagements are properly scoped, structured commercially, and transitioned smoothly to delivery teams.
• Oversee engagement management and senior client relations, while delegating execution responsibilities within the audit teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven extensive experience in external audit and assurance within well-regarded professional services firms.
• Experience holding Audit Manager level or higher roles.
• Successful track record of business development, opportunity origination, and client relationship enhancement.
• Strong commercial acumen and thorough understanding of the Saudi Arabian market landscape.
• Confidence and credibility to engage with top executives, shareholders, boards, and financial leaders.
• Expertise in creating proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships.
• Independent management of business pipelines and ownership of growth initiatives within markets.
• Possession of a recognized professional accounting qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or an equivalent.
• Proficient communication skills in both Arabic and English.
