Role Overview

As an Audit Director/Partner at Joe Tan & Associates PAC Chartered Accountants located in central Singapore, you will lead and manage multiple audit engagements across varied industries. This full-time position emphasizes upholding exceptional audit quality and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise the execution of audits for a range of client accounts, ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm policies.
• Evaluate audit team members' work, offering mentorship, coaching, and practical training to junior personnel.
• Engage with clients to gain deep understanding of their operations, pinpoint significant risk factors, and offer strategic advice.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive audit reports and financial statements to clients.
• Take part in firm initiatives aimed at improving audit quality, processes, and intellectual leadership.
• Support business growth efforts through proposal development and client presentations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years post-qualification experience in external audit, preferably within a well-regarded accounting firm.
• Demonstrated success managing audits across diverse client portfolios.
• Holds a professional accounting qualification.
• Aspiring to achieve partnership status in the audit profession.
