ATM Operations Manager

Job Overview and Responsibilities

The ATM Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management of daily ATM cash operations, including planning, cash handling, and reporting. This role requires close collaboration with Route Leaders to ensure smooth cash withdrawal and loading processes.

• Develop the Daily Route Plan (DRP) for cash withdrawal and loading activities in coordination with the Route Leader.
• Execute cash pickups according to bank-specific indentations and denominations.
• Prepare and secure approvals on cash receipts from the Route Leader.
• Carry out assigned site visits for loading or End of Day (EOD) operations daily.
• Address and resolve First Level Maintenance (FLM) issues within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
• Accurately log all required transactions such as withdrawal, loading, EOD, and FLM on the Android device promptly.
• Enter counter transactions into the Core Banking System (CBS) and provide documentation to the Route Leader.
• Notify the Route Leader immediately of any anomalies or operational issues, and document these within the Android device.
• Return surplus cash to the vault when loading cannot proceed due to unavoidable factors.
• Generate Cash Balance Reports (CBR) as mandated by Service Level Agreements (SLAs), for example, for HDFC Bank, and submit them to the Route Leader.
• Collaborate with the Reports team to fulfill customer reporting requirements as necessary.

Additional Information

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from INR 15,530 to INR 22,000. The role is based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, and does not specify additional benefits or terms.
