Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality and visual appeal of bakery products including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
• Ensure the bakery aisle is fully stocked and ready to serve customers at all times.
• Verify that product pricing is accurate and clearly displayed.
• Comply with chain of cold storage protocols, including thermometer calibration, temperature logs, food handling, product rotation, shelf-life monitoring, and expiry date management.
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and food safety standards, following cleaning procedures diligently.
• Implement appropriate procedures for ordering, markdowns, markups, clearance, display setup, labeling, and pricing.
• Prepare bakery items precisely according to thawing and baking instructions to guarantee product quality and appearance.
• Securely and properly set up product displays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
