Job description
Overview
This role involves operational management of fleet activities including diesel fuel monitoring, vehicle tracking, and supervisory duties across various shifts. Candidates will manage fuel documentation, monitor vehicle placements and maintenance, oversee driver training, and ensure timely vehicle arrivals at designated locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fuel bill processing and accurate fuel entry into dedicated software systems.
- Track assigned vehicles using Wheelseye and Lozics platforms, ensuring data entry and follow-ups are completed promptly.
- Support fleet supervision by correcting Vehicle MIS data and coordinating vehicle placements and availability.
- Conduct driver training sessions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance activities and provide relevant reports to the department.
- Perform managerial tasks related to fleet operation management.
- Work in rotational shifts: 6 AM to 4 PM, 2 PM to 12 AM, 10 PM to 8 AM, and 11 AM to 9 PM.
Additional Information
This position requires candidates to work in multiple shifts covering a 24-hour operational cycle, ensuring seamless fleet management at all times.
